Services
There are different situations where a home inspection might be very useful. Homebuyers, home sellers and homeowners all benefit from these services.

Pre-Purchase Inspection
People buying homes hire a Home Inspector to get information about the physical condition of the house to make a right purchase decision.

Pre-renovation inspections
Inspections done before home renovation projects to make sure the fundamentals are sound before cosmetic improvements are considered.

New Home inspections
- PDI (Pre- Delivery Inspection).
- Checks of new homes just before the new home warranty expires to look for items the builder should repair.

Pre-listing inspections
A developing trend is to have a home inspected before it is listed for sale. This reduces negotiating hurdles, speeds up the sale, reduces stressfor sellers, and makes life simpler for buyers.

If a home inspection is performed before the house is listed, all parties will be aware of the physical condition of the house before an offer is drawn. There will be no surprises afterwards, and deals will not fall through.

Maintenance inspections

Inspections of every home every 3 years to protect the owner's investment in the home, to maximize life expectancy and comfort, and to minimize operating costs and energy consumption.

Dispute resolution inspections
Helping homeowners protect themselves during home improvement projects.Owners should get what they contracted and paid for, and should not overpay for work.
